Group visits have specific conditions to guarantee good coexistence with other visitors and the correct functioning of the Museu.
Prior booking required
Group visits require prior reservation. You can do so by:

- Telephone: 93 256 30 22 (Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm)
If you are unable to come, please notify us in advance to cancel your reservation.
What is considered a group
- A group is a minimum of 10 people and a maximum of 20.
- If there are more of you, you will have to split up before entering.
- Groups without reservations are not allowed to split up to enter as individual visitors.
- Individual tickets are not valid for groups of more than 9 people.
Payment
- Payment must be made in advance and in a single transaction for the entire group.
Access to the Museu
- The entrance for groups is at Carrer de Montcada, no. 17.
- Groups cannot access on free access days or slots.
Arrival and welcome
- Arrive punctually at the reservation time.
- In case of delay, please call 93 256 30 22.
- Upon arrival, wait at the meeting point at Palau Baró de Castellet while the person in charge makes the arrangements.
- The Museu reserves the right to modify or limit group access for capacity reasons.
Person in charge of the group
- Each group must have a person in charge.
- This person will receive an accreditation that must be worn visibly throughout the visit.
- She/he must remain with the group at all times.
- She/he is responsible for the behaviour of the group and ensuring an appropriate volume of voice.
During the visit to the rooms
- Follow the instructions of the Museu staff at all times.
- Maintain respectful behaviour and avoid disturbing other visitors.
Guided visits
- Explanations can only be made by:
- Official accredited guides
- Teachers with authorisation
- It is mandatory to use radio guides (your own or the Museu's).
Objects and accesses
- No food or drinks are allowed.
- You cannot enter with backpacks or bags larger than 30×30 cm.
- The group must leave their belongings in the group locker:
- Each group has a locker
- The person in charge should look after the key
- If the group exceeds 20 people, it must be divided before managing the locker.
At the end of the visit
- Return to the meeting point at Palau Baró de Castellet.
- There you can give explanations or work with the group.
- Do not wait or stop at the exit stairs to avoid blockages and ensure safety.
Customer service
Customer service staff are at your disposal for any queries or suggestions.
Compliance with regulations
Failure to comply with these regulations may result in the interruption of the visit or the group leaving the Museu.
