Picasso and the Reventós Family

The art works and documents in this exhibition describe Picasso's relationship with the Reventós family. The show includes The Dead Woman, a 1903 work donated by Picasso to the Reventós Foundation seventy years after the artist painted it.

To mark the occasion of the donation Picasso made on 3 January 1973 to the Reventós Foundation of his painting The Dead Woman, the Museu Picasso has organised the exhibition entitled Picasso and the Reventós Family. Besides this canvas, several other works and items in the show reveal the bonds of friendship between Picasso and the members of the Reventós family.
