Lithograph. Scraper on a slightly grained zinc; printed in negative on Arches vellum paper (Sabartés proof). Composition originally designed to be etched, but zinc couldn't be printed by this technique, and so Picasso decided to print it in negative with a lithographic press, to a successful result
