At the Picasso Museum we continue to trace synergies between the cultural and healthcare sectors with a project aimed at the group of non-professional caregivers, with the collaboration of the CAP of the Casc Antic of Barcelona, and which was developed from October to December 2023.
Primary healthcare centres (CAP) work with groups of different types who need support in personal balance and create spaces to share day-to-day experiences.
In this case, the group of caregivers participated in 10 sessions that were held at the Museum. This work starts from a different intervention perspective because it focuses on well-being; that is to say, spaces for conversation are created with new, different and stimulating topics, generating connection, and at the same time recovering one's own space, changing the perception of the environment and opening up a range of new possibilities.
