Group visits

• If you are unable to visit, please cancel in advance.

Groups:

• A group will consist of a minimum of 10 and a maximum of 20 people. If the group exceeds 20 people, it will be subdivided.
• Under no circumstances will groups not booked in advance be allowed to break up into subgroups and enter the Museum as individual visitors.
• Tickets purchased on the website for groups of more than 9 people will not be valid.

• There will be a single payment in advance for the whole group.

• The entrance for groups is through Montcada street, no. 17.

Groups are not admitted on days or times when the Museum is free of charge for the general public:

• The group must arrive punctually at the time of the reservation. In case of delay, please call the reservations telephone number: 93 256 3022.
• Upon arrival at the Museum, the group will wait at the meeting point at the Palau Baró de Castellet, while the person in charge makes the necessary arrangements for the visit.
• The person in charge of the group will wear an accreditation badge provided at the entrance. They must wear it visibly throughout the visit and must remain with the group at all times.
• The person in charge must supervise the group during the visit, ensure it maintains an appropriate speaking volume and behavior, and not disturb other visitors.
• The Museum reserves the right to temporarily prevent groups from entering the galleries to control the influx of visitors.
• The museum staff works to facilitate the visit and resolve any doubts you may have. Please follow their instructions.
• Explanations inside the rooms of The Collection and temporary exhibitions are reserved for official guides with accreditation from the Generalitat de Catalunya and teachers with authorisation (Decree 5/1998).
• Groups following a guided tour must bring audio guides or rent them at the Museum.
• No food or drink may be brought into the galleries.
• Backpacks and bags larger than 30 x 30 cm are not allowed in the rooms. You can leave objects in the group locker. Each group will have a locker where they can leave their belongings together and take them out simultaneously. The person responsible for the key will be in charge. If the group exceeds 20 people, it will be subdivided before leaving the objects in the locker.
• Once the visit is over, the group must meet at the Palau Baró de Castellet. There, you will be able to sit down, attend to the relevant explanations, and work. For safety reasons and so as not to interfere with the flow of visitors, it is not permitted to wait on the exit stairs.
